According to USA Today, 325 square feet with interior dimensions of approximately 13'x25' (including a full bathroom). In the United States, the average Studio Apartment will have 115 rooms and require around 48,000 square feet.
To have 500 Studios in each Apartment Building, it would require around 162,500 square feet and cost to build is $463 per square foot. Which is approximately $75.3 million per high rise apartment building.
